What primary services do you offer?
PERSONAL CARE AND COMPANIONSHIP CARE. MEAL PREP, LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING, BATHING ASSISTANCE, AND TRANSPORTATION.
What is your minimum amount of hours?
The only minimum hour policy we have is 4 hours consecutively. whether that is once a day, a week, every other week. twice a day whatever you need as long as its 4-hour minimum.
What are the rates of your services?
RATES VARY ON LOCATION OF CLIENT. OUR STARTING RATE IS $25/ HOUR
Do we accept Medicaid or Medicare?
Unfortunately, Homecare is not approved with Medicaid or Medicare at this moment in time.
Are you licensed and insured?
WE ARE LICENSED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY HEALTH. AND INSURED BY 2 DIFFERENT INSURANCE COMPANIES IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THE SAFEST ENVIRONMENT.
Will any insurance cover our services?
Any kind of Long-Term Care Insurance will cover the cost of homecare. We have serviced several clients that Long-term Care will reimburse the client (payer) for the services we provide.
